Sandra has spent much of her career working for Fortune 100 companies in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition and program management for industries ranging from Telecom, Life Sciences, Financial Services and Engineering to name a few. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her exceptional skills in advising, developing, and coaching for executives, hiring managers, individual contributors, and job seekers in the areas of interviewing, career transition, and job search. Sandra has volunteered for numerous organizations, and for the past 8 years, God has led her to share her knowledge and experience by assisting people in career transition as a volunteer for the Crossroads Career Ministry. She facilitates workshops, panel discussions and provides one-on-one coaching in resume preparation, interviewing, and job search, and is a member of the leadership team.  Sandra has served as a volunteer with Crossroads Career Network Ministry at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church for the past 8 years.
