CEO/Founder of Enhanced Consulting Group. She has 15+ yrs of combined experience in Recruiting, Sales, Marketing and Leadership. She enjoys finding the best talent for her corporate clients and seeing her candidates make a big impact in organizations. She also has a passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and making sure that employees are being treated fairly.
Catherine has served as a volunteer under the Crossroads Career network at Mount Paran Church since 2017. She also leads the Marketing efforts for the Crossroads Career Atlanta Crash Course. She most frequently facilitates Step 3 (Resumes). She also assists with mock interviews. She does 1 on 1 career coaching with job seekers that focuses on Resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and Job Searching & Networking.
Catherine has a B.S. degree from Delaware State University (HBCU) and she is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, watching football (Philadelphia Eagles), listening to music and reading.
