Rich is a 20+ year veteran of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with expertise in Sales, Business Development and Business Intelligence. As an outreach, Rich volunteers as a job networking group facilitator with Intown Community Church. Having experienced two job search campaigns in his career, Rich understands the daily grind of the job search process and works with others to develop successful strategies to gain employment. He firmly believes that there are many different paths to landing a new job, but networking remains the consistent tool that helps expedite the search. Rich graduated from the University of North Carolina and completed an MBA at the University of Georgia. Rich has most frequently taught Step 5 (Searching) for the Crossroads Course. ​
