Mark is Principal at ECC Inc. and chief curator of www.whatareyourgifts.com, independent business owner and Gallup-certified StrengthsFinder coach.  He assists individuals and teams identify, understand and leverage their strengths and maximize performance.  Mark is also the author of "Wantrepreneur: Do You Have What It Takes to be an Entrepreneur" with the intent of educating the would-be entrepreneur.  Mark spend 24+ years with Fortune 500 companies and has always loved being an adviser, catalyst, coach, pioneer, stimulator and teacher.  Mark has an undergraduate degree from Boston University, and MBA from Emory - Goizueta School of Business, and is an ATD-certified Professional in Learning and Performance.  Mark is an active member and Elder at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta where he leads their Crossroads Career Ministry. ​
