Richard’s career and calling have been in Corporate Human Resources Management, Recruiting, Search Consultant, and Career Coach. He has managed the full life cycle employment process, promoting the company's and applicant's brand experience. His earlier career as HR Director/Manager in corporate, university, and hospital organizations was marked by his responsibility for staffing, training, succession development, technical support, employee relations, counseling, and coaching. But above all, his passion is serving and encouraging others. Richard is a Certified Personnel Consultant with an undergraduate degree in Business from American University and his MBA from George Washington University, Washington, DC. He is an active Johnson Ferry Baptist Church volunteer for their Crossroads Career Ministry.
