Become a Volunteer

Our program is 100% volunteer-driven, and we have no paid positions!  All of our team members volunteer their time and energy to make the Crash Course successful in accomplishing our mission.  We frequently need experienced Christ-centered people to help us with various roles on our team.  Most of our team members are experienced in Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Executive Leadership, Business Management or Non-Profit Leadership, and we continue to need individuals with similar backgrounds who are willing to serve.  But we need additional volunteers in the areas of communications, marketing, digital marketing, SEO and public relations.  These could be individuals willing to serve as volunteers or agencies who are willing to provide pro bono services.

Donate to Further the Cause

The Atlanta Crossroads program is a non-profit effort using volunteers, donated facilities, and other low-expense resources. We charge a small fee to the students (currently $40 for the 7-session course and $15 for the online course) that covers our expenses, including workbook, video recordings, online assessments and online support (our website, Zoom subscription, Eventbrite fees, etc.). We would like to reach the point with donations that we could reduce or eliminate student fees entirely. This would allow us to reach more people that are out-of-work and have limited funds. We would appreciate any contributions.
